Hope in Times of Uncertainty
2 Corinthians 4:16-18 (NIV) – “Therefore, we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.”
And they said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household” -Acts 16:31. Entrusting the Word Fellowship (ETWF) Church in San Carlos, Binangonan, Rizal, celebrates sixteen years of God’s faithfulness and amazing works. Throughout these years, the church has experienced both challenges and triumphs, consistently witnessing God’s love and mercy.
Currently, the church is expanding its mission and outreach activities, reaching local villages and other parts of the Philippines. God is equipping and empowering His people within the church to prepare for these missions, advancing His Kingdom.
A Vision Comes to Life
A VISION FROM A DISTANT SEA: “A GLIMPSE OF CORON, PALAWAN MISSION”
…. and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Acts 1:8b
In 2022, the Lord placed a vision in the hearts of the KAPASAN Church—to reach the people of Coron, Palawan with His love and salvation. That vision has begun to unfold. A piece of land in San Nicolas, Coron, owned by Brother Bags and Sister Lyn, has been identified as a potential site for ministry. Coron is a vibrant island municipality in northern Palawan with over 65,000 residents, including the indigenous Tagbanwa community. After two years of prayer and preparation, the Lord opened the door. From October 27 to November 1, 2024, Elder Murel Espiritu and his wife, Sister Jesmar, along with Bro. Bags and Sis. Lyn, visited the land for the first time. Their trip included a prayer walk and an earnest plea for the community’s spiritual readiness.
This paved the way for the first Medical Mission held on November 19, 2024, at the San Nicolas Covered Court. Dozens of locals both adults and children received not only medical attention but also the life-giving Word of God.

The event was made even more special by the participation of our Malaysian partners from Agape Chapel, long-time prayer warriors and co-laborers in ETWF’S Church Planting Ministry.
As we look ahead, Entrusting the Word Fellowship Church continue to lift up the Coron Mission in prayer. We remain confident that the Lord will accomplish His greater purpose in His perfect time.

MIRACLES DO HAPPEN!
A Living Miracle: My Mother’s Testimony of Healing” by Miracle De Los Santos
My mother, Milagros—whose name literally means “MIRACLE”—has always been the picture of health.
At 68, she had never been hospitalized, took no maintenance medications, and consistently had normal lab results. That’s why it came as a devastating shock when, on December 10, 2024, she suddenly became unresponsive and was rushed to the hospital. The diagnosis: ischemic stroke, pneumonia, and heart failure. As a nurse, I understood the grim reality. But as a believer, I clung to faith. Overwhelmed yet strangely at peace, I prayed a bold prayer: that if my mother would only live bedridden, the Lord would take her gently. But if He would grant her more years, may she live strong and whole free from limitations. Medically, it seemed impossible. But nothing is impossible with God.
God brought Psalm 145:17-19 to my heart, “The Lord is righteous in all his ways, and faithful in all he does. The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth. He fulfills the desires of those who fear him; he hears their cry and saves them.” And HE did! The joy on the faces of our church family was indescribable. As a nurse, I can’t explain it. But as a child of God, I can declare: He healed her. All glory, honor, and praise belong to the Lord – our Healer and Miracle Worker
